• Location Data: We collect precise location data (including background location) to accurately assign nearby appliance repair and home service jobs to you, provide navigation to customer addresses, and allow the platform to track service arrival times. This data is essential for the real-time functioning of our service distribution system.
• Push Notifications: We may request permission to send you push notifications regarding new service requests, booking updates, and important account alerts. The app collects and utilizes your device's push notification token to facilitate this real-time communication.

Note: This sensitive personal data is transmitted securely to our servers, is strictly used to provide and improve the Delhi Daily Service platform, and is not sold to any third-party marketing agencies.

2. Collection of Personal Information (Consumers & Service Professionals)

“Personal information” is defined to include information that whether on its own or in combination with other information may be used to readily identify or contact you such as name, address, email address, phone number, etc.

• Consumers: During the Account registration process and during your usage of Delhi Daily Service’s website or application, we will collect information such as your name, postal code, telephone email address, and other personal information.
• Service Professionals: During the Account registration process, we will collect your business name, telephone number, address, zip code, travel preferences, a description of your services, and email address.

3. Background Verification

The Service Professional acknowledges that as part of the on-boarding process, the Company or an appointed entity (“Verifier”), may undertake background verification checks to authenticate the genuineness and competency of the Service Professional.

• Provide Services, verify identity, and enable Website/App usage.
